Unveiled Couture Return Policy

WEDDING DRESSES


Return any unwanted items in the re-sealable box (you will need to use shipping tape to re seal the box) using the enclosed, prepaid return label.

Unveiled Brides have 7 business days to postmark returns for a full refund.

To return items:
The purchase of your wedding dress will be complete upon the finalization of check out. However, your account status will be pending until your 7-day trial period is over. You will have 7 business days from the date of your receipt of the dress to return the item. The item must be postmarked by the 7th business day to receive a full refund. If you choose to keep the dress the sale is final and as is. If you return the item your account will be credited back within 30 days of the receipt of the dress at the store. You understand that if the dress is returned stained or damaged you will not be refunded the entire amount of your purchase. Unveiled Couture reserves the right to asses the cost for stains and damage and to apply that cost to the refund. If you return the item late you will be charged a $200 restocking fee. You will not be able to return the dress for a refund after 20 days from the date of receipt. Unveiled will send an e-mail to notify you when all your return items have been received.

If we don’t receive the items you said you would return, we’ll assume you’ve kept them and your purchase status will be final sale as is.

LOUNGEWEAR & LINGERIE

All sales are final. All lingerie items are final sale and may not be returned for a refund or exchanged. Loungewear must be returned in store for a size exchange only, refunds are not allowed.
