What is the price range of your dresses?

Our gowns currently range from $1,000 - $7,000.

We also have sample dresses you can buy off the rack in select sizes. Many of those dresses are under $1,000.


What are your hours?

 We are open by appointment only

(Appointments are required to provide the exclusivity deserved by our brides.)

Standard Hours of Operation:

Thursday: 4pm - 8pm

Friday: 12pm - 7pm

Saturday: 12pm - 7pm

Sunday: 12pm - 7pm 

We may be able to accommodate appointment times on other days if given enough notice.

Is there a fee for your appointment?

There is a $40 consultation fee. If you buy a dress and/or accessories, the fee is waived.


How can I plan for my appointment?

A few things to know about your appointment:

1. Your bridal consult at Unveiled is completely private and typically lasts around an hour and a half.

2. You can bring up to 4 of your friends and/or family (entourage) with you to your appointment.

3. Our stylists are experts in the bridal industry and will help guide you in the decision making process. We can also help you with planning timelines and offer advice on the most current trends and styles.

4. All brides and guests receive complimentary champagne at their bridal appointment.

5. If you buy a dress or accessories at the appointment the $40 consult fee to try on dresses is waived.


Can I cancel my appointment?

Yes, you can cancel your appointment no later than twenty-four hours before your scheduled appointment time.  If you do not contact us to cancel your appointment, and do not show up, you will not be allowed to reschedule. If you need to cancel your appointment please call us as soon as possible at (252) 689-6372.


How long is my appointment?

Each appointment is scheduled for an hour and a half. (1.5 hours)

If you are late for your appointment, you do not receive any additional time. 


Who can I bring to my appointment?

Each bride is allowed up to four (4) guests.


Can I bring alcohol?

Yes!  However, we only allow champagne and white wine – for obvious reasons. 


When should I purchase my dress?

Most of our designers deliver the dresses approximately 14-16 weeks after the order is placed.  Many of our designers will rush a dress for a fee. However, most gowns will require some alterations.  As such, you should plan for 4-6 additional weeks for alternations to be completed.  We recommend purchasing your wedding gown at least 6 months in advance of your wedding date. 


What sizes do you carry?

Our samples range from size 8 to size 14.  Our Unveiled concierges are experts in adjusting samples so you can see how the dress will fit you. 


Do you offer alterations?

We do not offer alternations at this time, however we have some great local recommendations!


Do you dress other members of the wedding party?

At this time we only carry designer wedding gowns and Mother of the Bride and/or Groom gowns.


What else do you offer the bride in addition to wedding gowns?

We offer our brides much more than just a wedding gown.  We also carry veils, crystal headpieces, sashes, garters and jewelry.  Unveiled also carries a "honeymoon line" which includes lingerie and loungewear. We also carry a “ready-wear” line that will dress the bride for all of her wedding related events including the engagement party, bridal shower, rehearsal dinner, and wedding day preparation.  


What lines do you carry in store?

Unveiled carries bridal gowns from the following couture designers: Atelier Pronovias, Badgley Mischka Bridal, Mikaella, and Moonlight Bridal
